After you have placed an order and users have been created or you have requested a test account, you will receive an e-mail with your initial access data. The initial access data is valid for 72 hours. Register within the 72 hours at the Mobile Device Cloud and assign your new password. If you miss the 72 hours, please contact our support team, who can then issue you with new access data.
